Job Requirements and Duties:
– Candidate must possess experience in 3PL/Logistics/Warehouse billing or financial office environments.
– A strong knowledge of Excel and simple math is a must.
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and pay attention to details.
– Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information in Excel.
– Processes customer and account documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
– Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information into Excel.
– Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from different sources when account information is incomplete; screening files to eliminate duplication of data.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
